J ob Title : IT Procurement Analyst (12-Month FTC) Location : Remote - Paisley/Manchester 1-2 a month Job Type : 12 Month FTC Salary : £40,000 About the Role Our client are seeking a skilled IT Procurement Analyst to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our organization by managing the procurement of IT services, Platforms, Digital, Service Delivery, and Network.

Key Responsibilities Supplier Management : Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and cost-effectiveness.
Contract Management : Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and terms for IT services and products; manage the full contract lifecycle.
Strategic Sourcing : Develop and implement sourcing strategies for IT procurement, including hardware, software, cloud services, and other technology-related assets.
Stakeholder Management : Work closely with internal teams, including IT, finance, and legal, to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
Skills & Experience Required For this role, you should have: Proven experience in IT procurement ideally within a medium to large organization.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
Solid understanding of IT products and services, including cloud services, software licensing, and hardware.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
