IT Specialist - PFT Solutions We are looking for an IT Specialist to join our Respiratory Diagnostic Solutions team.
In this exciting role, you'll become the go-to expert for our PFT Solutions software, working with distribution partners, internal teams, and healthcare providers across the globe.
From supporting world-class respiratory clinical trials to solving real-world problems, every day will offer new opportunities to learn, grow, and make a difference.

While primarily based in our picturesque office, you'll have the chance to travel the UK and internationally, working directly with healthcare professionals and partners to help bring our technology to life.
What You'll Do: Be the IT expert and trusted advisor, offering high-level troubleshooting and solutions to customers.
Lead and manage IT projects, working closely with healthcare IT teams to discuss project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Provide Level 2 IT support for our PFT Solutions software, both onsite and remotely, to global stakeholders and end users.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints, implementing preventative actions to continuously improve our product range.
Develop and deliver IT training courses, creating comprehensive manuals and materials to support both internal teams and partners.
Play a pivotal role in key software installations, ensuring smooth setup and operation at customer sites.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on exciting projects, workshops, and exhibitions.
Share valuable insights with Product Management, driving continuous product improvement based on customer feedback and performance.
What We're Looking For: A degree/diploma in Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows operating systems and troubleshooting.
Experience in a similar IT support role, ideally in a healthcare setting.
A solid understanding of Health Level 7 (HL7) protocols.
Skilled in SQL database logs analysis for troubleshooting.
Experience with desktop PC hardware, confident in replacing components during troubleshooting.
A passion for problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service.
