It Services Delivery Manager Insurance

A global insurance firm are looking to expand their team in London.
Our client is currently looking for a passionate Service Delivery manager with experience in infrastructure and operations to realize their own vision on managing and delivering projects for their group IT services team.
This is about bringing unique ideas to the table, not working to a specification.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring high quality frontline support to our client's European offices, working closely with peers in their global offices as part of the larger IT Infrastructure Services & Operations function.
Requirements · Proven experience within IT services delivery or IT infrastructure ideally 10+ years · Experience within IT Asset management, IT Security Operations, IT Service desk, Software Support and Cloud Services · Experience within financial service or insurance is a plus · Experience in managing people and driving process and technology change in a dynamic operating environment · Must have right to work in the UK Salary & Package: up to £100,000 per year + bonus and a variety of benefits Location: London 5 days onsite Role: Permanent Lawrence Harvey is a specialist IT recruiter, operating across 8 offices globally.
