Part time between 15 and 20 hours per week will be considered.
This job will concentrate exclusively on IT services, web authoring, newsletter and social media posts, copy writing, as well as hardware and software maintenance.
Must be presentable, articulate, numerate, literate, and able to deal professionally with people from all walks of society. Must be very comfortable working with modern IT systems.
Should have good exam results at minimum of Scottish Higher Grade level or equivalent. A good grasp of written English and also of basic mathematics is mandatory.
The ideal candidate would have a strong practical and theoretical understanding of IT systems generally, including all manner of computer and communications hardware as well as software, and the ability to manage and maintain such systems.
Duties will include the maintenance of computers and networks, printers, telephone systems and all associated infrastructure, as well as the software running on our systems. Likewise copy-writing promotions and posts whether on the website, or newsletters, social media posts, and occasionally authoring print ad's. Maintenance of our web site and domain names including communications with associated suppliers is included.
This job will be based at our Cupar branch, but will involve maintenance of Kirkcaldy infrastructure and therefore occasional travel to Kirkcaldy,
Experienced candidate preferred but training will be given in all areas where required. If you are comfortable dealing with all manner of IT infrastructure, and good at and accurate with detail, we want to hear from you.
