Your Overall Responsibilities will include: Service Delivery & Operations Leadership & Management Change Management Process Improvement & Reporting Incident and Problem Management Customer Centric Support & Relationship Management Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Is this YOU - these are the skills needed: Ideally, you would have already about 7+ years of Service Desk Management ITIL Degree in IT, OR equivalent Managed Services, OR, Software Services worked in Metrix measurements: SLA, FCR, CSAT, ATR, Change Management, Incident Management Location: Chorley - and Hybrid is on offer if you're based in Lancashire/North West.
