My client are a successful consultancy who specialise in delivery deeply technical transformations for clients in the public sector.
This particular project is with a well known Govt entity in Portsmouth who they have been supporting on for several years now.
They now have an imminent requirement for an experienced Service Architect to design and deploy a new ITSM system for them.
Their ideal candidate would have good knowledge of:
Full lifecycle Service Design (SLAs, OLAs, Monitoring) ITSM systems Documentation (through-life management plans) Governance/Compliance (GDPR, ISO) Consulting/Stakeholder Management Skills But most importantly they are looking for individuals with an appetite to expand their knowledge and apply new skills on challenging projects.
