Inbound Talent is excited to partner with the leading authorised Starlink reseller in the UK.
In a bid to bolster their sales team, we're recruiting an ambitious sales manager to run their day-to-day sales operations.

Our client is on a tremendous growth trajectory after multiple years of record-breaking revenue increases.
This role would suit a hungry telco sales manager who wants to be operating on the bleeding edge of connectivity worldwide.

About The Role: Sales Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and develop the team, setting goals and reviewing performance.
Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies, manage territories and resources, and lead sales meetings.
Client Relationship Oversight: Manage high-value clients, resolve issues, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
Market Analysis and Planning: Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities especially in logistics, rail, and construction, and work with marketing and product teams.
Reporting and CRM Management: Monitor sales metrics, ensure CRM accuracy (Zoho One), and report to leadership.
About You: Leadership Experience: 5+ years in IT sales management, preferably in telecom, with success in team leadership.
Strategic Vision: Proven in developing and executing sales strategies.
Coaching Skills: Ability to mentor and motivate teams.
Communication Expertise: Excellent communication for collaboration and presentations.
Market Knowledge: Understanding of connectivity solutions like satellite communications (Starlink, OneWeb), SD-WAN and private 5G.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
