About the Role - The IT Project Manager will work closely with the international IT team, the PMO, and other cross-functional departments to primarily support ERP and CRM-related projects.
Additionally, this role will assist in coordinating infrastructure and other IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
This role requires the person to be onsite at our Wakefield office 2-3 days a week, with no exceptions.
Responsibilities ERP and CRM Project Support Collaborate with the European IT team to manage and execute ERP projects, particularly those involving SAP.
Support CRM-related projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Assist in the coordination of ERP solutions, including data migration, system configuration, EDI integrations, and process optimization.
Infrastructure and IT Project Coordination Work alongside the IT team to coordinate infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, server implementations, and IT security initiatives.
Ensure that all IT projects align with company goals and are delivered on time and within budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Facilitate communication between the IT team, PMO, and other departments to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to resolve issues and provide project updates.
Risk Management and Issue Resolution Identify and address potential project risks and issues, proactively finding solutions to mitigate them.
Ensure that any changes to project scope are documented and approved according to company procedures.
Reporting and Documentation Maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
Provide regular updates to the Director of PMO and other stakeholders on the status of ongoing projects.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3 or 4 years of experience in IT project management, ideally with a focus on ERP and CRM systems.
Proven experience coordinating IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, time, and budget requirements.
Competence in using project management software and tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track, and report on project progress.
Skills: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Excellent organizational and strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate strong self-motivation to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing risks and issues.
Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and technical terminology to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications.
