Job Description IT Project Co-Ordinator \nLocation:- Basingstoke, Hybrid working 2 days home, 3 days office\nSalary:- to £32k + bens \nEnvironment: - Projects, Planning, Project Allocation, Logistics, Excel, Smart Sheets, APMP, Prince, Scheduling, IT, AV, Video Conferencing, Cisco Webex, Collaboration, Cloud, Security.\nWe are currently seeking a Project Coordinator who will be a member of the Project Management Office within this supplier of technology services.
\nThe Project Coordinator will apply their office knowledge, experience, interpersonal skills and administrative techniques to support the project management team.
Support to be provided includes customer follow-up, information collection, opening and updating service orders, data entry, attendance in meetings with or in lieu of a Project Manager, recording and distribution of meeting minutes and preparing material order requests, track shipments to sites.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\n* Responsible for coordinating all internal and external tasks to coordinate customer IT system installations.\n* Responsible for receiving and distributing incoming emails to Project Management staff daily.
\n* Provide support for Operations Leadership activities including taking and distributing meeting notes and follow-up activities as requested.\n* Support Project Managers on all assigned open projects.
\n* Work cooperatively with all Operations Business Units including assisting in backfill resource assignment.
\n* Work effectively with other departments including Purchasing, Accounting, Engineering, Production and Logistics to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks.
\n* Assist Field Resources Management and Customer Service teams in the coordination of customer Preventative Maintenance visits.
\nSkills & Abilities: \n* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
\n* Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
\n* Ability to participate as a team member and assist other team members as required.
\n* Ability to multitask and prioritize.
\n* Ability to work with others or independently, while maintaining a professional manner.
\n* Always present a professional appearance.
\n* Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
\nEducation & Experience:\n* 2 - 5 years of experience in a Project based role.
\n* PMP, CAPM or equivalent Project Management Certification desired \n* Smartsheet experience a plus.
