£70k-80k + Benefits (DOE) IT Manager / Head of IT needed for a global manufacturing business located near Derby (M1/A52 junction).
Hybrid remote – 2 days WFH and 3 days working on-site.
Start ideally in mid-late January 2025.
Key experience + duties will include:
Managing / overseeing IT systems and infrastructure for the UK IT estate.Managing IT strategy, IT budgets, IT asset management, IT security, IT licensing + best practice policies.Leading major IT infrastructure upgrade + deployment projects.Line management of a team of 5 IT staff including 1:1 performance reviews / appraisals.Managing 3rd party service providers and supplier contracts.Manufacturing sector industry experience preferred.Experience of MS Dynamics / ERP systems is advantageous.Benefits: £70-80k Base (DOE) + 5% Bonus + Car Allowance (£5000-£7000) + Healthcare + Pension + 25 Days Holiday (plus BHs) + hybrid Remote + More.
