£70k-80k + Benefits (DOE) IT Manager / Head of IT needed for a global manufacturing business located near Derby (M1/A52 junction).
Hybrid remote – 2 days WFH and 3 days working on-site.
Start ideally in mid-late January 2025.
The employer is also open to hiring someone on a 'contract-to-permanent' basis depending on your circumstances and preference.
Key Responsibilities: Managing / overseeing IT systems and infrastructure for the UK IT estate.Managing IT strategy, IT budgets, IT asset management, IT Security, IT licensing + best practice policies.Leading major IT infrastructure upgrade + deployment projects.Line management of a team of 5 IT staff including 1:1 performance reviews / appraisals.Managing 3rd party service providers and supplier contracts.Key Experience: Manufacturing sector industry experience preferred.Experience of MS Dynamics / ERP systems is advantageous.Benefits: £70-80k Base (DOE)5% BonusCar Allowance (£5000-£7000)HealthcarePension25 Days Holiday (plus BHs)Hybrid RemoteMore.Syntax Consultancy Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
