IT M&A Consulting Manager / Sr.
Manager (German Speaking) Role & Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced IIT M&A Consulting Manager / Sr.
Manager with M&A experience who enjoys navigating the unknown and can innovate and develop novel approaches to project delivery while inspiring the team and having fun.
The Project Manager will lead IT projects with our pharma clients in the UK/EU.
Understanding the value of providing outstanding service is critical in this role.
The role will involve working closely with PMO, Supply, Commercial, IT, Finance, Regulatory, Legal and Quality functions.
The responsibilities of the Project Manager include but are not limited to the following: Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for the integration of IT infrastructure and operations during mergers and acquisitions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of IT services following the merger or acquisition.
Coordinating the separation and integration of IT systems, applications, and processes to support the newly formed entity.
Managing the logistical aspects of IT asset transfer and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Directing and overseeing the IT team throughout the integration process, prioritizing continuity of service and efficiency.
Providing regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
Leading and managing multiple integration projects concurrently, providing guidance and support to project teams.
Cultivating strong relationships with project managers and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Ensuring alignment across various integration initiatives and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery.
Proactively identifying and addressing issues and change requests, escalating as necessary to maintain project momentum.
Demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies and applying them effectively to M&A integration projects.
Understanding the broader strategic objectives of the M&A transaction and aligning IT integration efforts accordingly.
Conducting thorough project reviews and producing comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
Championing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance post-merger operational effectiveness.
Experience 5+ years experience in IT project management within a consulting organization (Big4 experience is a strong plus) 5+ years of IT M&A program/project management(MUST) Experience on projects/programmes dealing with Mergers, Acquisitions or Divestments (MUST) Knowledge of pharma-related IT regulation (GxP, CSV) (preferred) Experience in managing projects with cross-functional teams across different geographies Must be familiar with project metrics reporting and dashboards Experience in reporting to senior/executive-level stakeholders Experience in preparing and running workshops Managed projects in different time zones and across different geographies Relevant bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field Powerful executive reporting/communication skills (C-Suite / Board Level) Solid presentation and PowerPoint skills (MUST) Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (MUST) Project Management Certification, e.g.
PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues Strong attention to detail, organization and collaboration skills Ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management, business leaders and technology stakeholders Understand the privacy and confidentiality of clients (will be under NDA) German Speaker is a MUST Employment Details Salary: Competitive & benefits package Start date: Immediately Location: London, flexible in the UK Job type: Full-time and permanent position About London Strategy We are a boutique management and IT consulting firm based in London with vast experience in M&A, IT and transformation services in the Life Science industry.
