Role: IT Support Engineer
To identify and fix hardware and software issues.
To maintain a first-rate standard of customer service and make sure that every customer is handled Effectively and appropriately by accurately recording, updating, and documenting requests utilising the help desk system.
If required, carry out software deployment and installation on computer systems.
Help the infrastructure team with infrastructure and network projects, including system and hardware administration.

Working knowledge of Office 365 and Azure
Working knowledge of Windows domain environment.
