It Infrastructure Lead

Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager Location: Oxford Salary: £55,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00) Hybrid (2 days a week) About the Role: We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead a team of 4 and manage the design, implementation, and performance of IT systems, including networks, servers, and cloud infrastructure.
You'll ensure security, reliability, and scalability while driving improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead IT systems management, from design to implementation.
Oversee infrastructure performance, security, and reliability.
Manage team development and provide coaching.
Implement improvements and optimize systems.
Handle disaster recovery and backup processes.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in IT infrastructure and leadership.
Strong knowledge of cloud, networking, and security.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
