Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our growing team.
As a 2nd Line expert, you will provide technical support to end users and clients remotely.
Your role involves working within our escalation process, supporting 1st line team members, and ensuring timely resolution of escalated tickets.
The 2nd Line Technician will have: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) Be proactive and motivated approach to customer service Have logical and structured problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail Have effective time management and multitasking skills Have strong technical troubleshooting skills, including collaborating with third-party companies to resolve client issues related to hardware and software.
The ideal candidate for this role will have: (but not essential): Experience with technologies such as WatchGuard, Sophos, Datto, Intune, and SharePoint Microsoft or other practical certifications (MCP, Fundamentals, Technical Associate, Comp TIA, etc.)
