My client have been providing IT Support to Gloucestershire and UK businesses for over 20 years, and pride their-selves on their first-class consultancy services and solutions.
They are now looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join their team based in Gloucester.
Position Overview To support and ensure the client infrastructure is managed correctlyProviding IT support for clientsAssisting clients with hardware & application problems by phone/email or on-siteAllocation of tickets & triage where necessary to the relevant team member for resolutionDealing with requests for support and making sure high-quality customer service is providedEnsuring support calls are logged and resolved within the SLAAssist in project set up (365, data migrations, phone system swap outs)Onsite installation of equipment for both telecom and IT setupComplete client requirements, new business & upgrades.
Installations and onboarding process Position Requirements Full UK Driving LicenseAt-least 2 years experience in an IT Support roleExperience in both Telecoms and IT basic supportExperience working within the SLAsMicrosoft & Windows ServersInstalling / configuring hardware and software Position Remuneration Monday to Friday£24,000 – 27,00025 days holiday plus bank holidaysPension schemeCareer progression
