A great opportunity for an experienced IT Engineer to join a large manufacturing organisation in Cheshire.
Tasked with providing 1st-3rd line support to users across the business, as well as taking the lead on infrastructure improvements, implementations and upgrades!Your new role:Providing 1st-3rd line supportInstall, configure and maintain hardware and softwareServer, network, and system support - ensuring optimal functionalityMonitor Firewalls, antivirus and uphold data standardsEnd user support - accounts, permissions, passwordsProject work - upgrades and new technology implementationsVendor management- procurement, repairs, service agreementsMake recommendations for new solutionsDisaster recovery and business continuityExperience required to succeed:Minimum 3 years working in an IT Engineer roleExperience providing 1st-3rd line supportSuccessfully executed upgrade and implementation projectsWindows server, Active Directory, O , and MDMCisco networking and FirewallsStrong communication skillsA passion for tech and good knowledge of new solutionsBenefitsSalary of £40,-45,Office hours Monday - Friday (39 hours)25 days holiday + bank holidays and the option to buy moreEmployee assistance programmeVarious community and charity opportunitiesPension contributionCareer opportunity to progressExtra perks include birthday breakfasts, daily free fruit and more!Sounds good?
