It Engineer

A great opportunity for an experienced IT Engineer to join a large manufacturing organisation in Cheshire.
Tasked with providing 1st-3rd line support to users across the business, as well as taking the lead on infrastructure improvements, implementations and upgrades!
Your new role: Providing 1st-3rd line support Install, configure and maintain hardware and software Server, network, and system support - ensuring optimal functionality Monitor firewalls, antivirus and uphold data standards End user support - accounts, permissions, passwords Project work - upgrades and new technology implementations Vendor management- procurement, repairs, service agreements Make recommendations for new solutions Disaster recovery and business continuity Experience required to succeed: Minimum 3 years working in an IT Engineer role Experience providing 1st-3rd line support Successfully executed upgrade and implementation projects Windows server, Active Directory, O 365, and MDM Cisco networking and firewalls Strong communication skills A passion for tech and good knowledge of new solutions Benefits Salary of £40,000-45,000 Office hours Monday - Friday (39 hours) 25 days holiday + bank holidays and the option to buy more Employee assistance programme Various community and charity opportunities Pension contribution Career opportunity to progress Extra perks include birthday breakfasts, daily free fruit and more!
