About the role We're looking for an experienced IT professional to lead and deliver technology services and solutions across the business, this will be a varied and diverse role which will see operating as the outward facing lead for all things tech.
Your key responsibilities will include: Producing and implementing a technology IT Strategy that contributes and aligns towards our corporate goals and improves efficiency of company processes by making more effective use of existing software.Defining, agreeing, and delivering appropriate IT Service Levels and performance standards.Ensuring appropriate resources are available to deliver service levels and projects ahead of time.Ensuring the IT department always has integrity and resilience.
Support, lead and guide the team to deliver IT objectives and priorities.
This is also a hands-on role which will see you being an active part in projects and all day-to-day activities.
You will be based from our Head Office in Ringwood.
Hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Friday with one hour for lunch each day.? The successful IT Delivery Manager will have a demonstrable record in designing, implementing, and executing an IT strategy, along with the proven ability to inspire, develop and manage a team of IT professionals.
Ideally your background will include working for a fast-paced SME organisation who are growth orientated.
We are seeking a solution orientated applicant with the ability to connect with all key stakeholders, therefore you will possess a high level of interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the proven ability to translate technical terminology to non-technical teams.
