IT Controls Testing Lead - National Salary Circa £75,000.
London Salary Circa £90,000.

A bit about the job: We are seeking an IT Controls Testing Lead to oversee the delivery of comprehensive controls assurance and testing activities.
Building on your technical IT and security expertise, you will develop and deliver assurance activities to help ensure the highest standards of design adequacy and operational effectiveness for a wide range of Business Protection (BP) and IT controls.
In addition, you will build and maintain relationships with operational, risk, and CISO colleagues to deliver challenging messages regarding assurance outcomes.
You will also shape and implement future assurance frameworks, mechanisms, and tools, ensuring that Aviva IT continues to utilise best-in-class assurance methodologies.
Ensure the successful operation of the IT controls testing function within the organisation.
Design and deliver detailed controls assurance and testing activities.
Act as a technical point of expertise to assurance teams regarding IT and security controls best practice.
Communicate and manage complex messages to the IT organisation regarding control operation and impacts on operational and cyber risks.
Skills and experience we're looking for: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, security, and operations including governance models & standards.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Proven leadership skills in managing a distributed team to achieve results.
Experience of working in an audit and assurance role or similar.

National Salary Circa £75,000.
London Salary Circa £90,000.
(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications) Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
