The role: Possible start date: 16.12.2024 Monday to Friday 8:15am to 5.00pm Total working hours: 37 What you will do in your working day: Troubleshooting general PC hardware and application issues Maintain server backups and network security Purchasing IT equipment Maintenance and support of the business system Maintain internet and email security Record and document procedures Involvement with cloud technology such as Office 365 and SharePoint The training you will receive: Information Communication Technician Level 3 qualification All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes Benefits: Westfield Healthcare Cash Plan Pension Free Parking Future prospects Full time role available on successful completion of this apprenticeship.
