Role Highlights of The IT and Digital Skills Trainer : • Location: Primarily remote, with one day per month in the Central London office.
• Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
• Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities of The IT and Digital Skills Trainer : • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on topics including cybersecurity, computer programming, IT support, and digital skills projects.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify learner strengths and provide tailored support to enhance their success.
• Mentor and guide learners, helping them achieve their career goals through apprenticeships or further education.
• Maintain detailed and accurate learner records, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold quality standards and consistent teaching delivery.
Essential Skills Qualifications and Experience required • Qualifications: PGCE, CertEd, or Level 4 teaching qualification (Level 3 teaching/assessor qualifications will be considered if actively working towards Level 4).
• Experience: Proven track record of delivering engaging IT training, via remote learning platforms.
• Industry Knowledge: Practical experience in IT or digital fields with relevant certifications.
• Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities, alongside a commitment to safeguarding and quality standards.
• Familiarity with delivering training in apprenticeships or adult education settings.
