Role Overview We're seeking a tech-savvy Account Executive to manage and grow client relationships within the IT space.
This role requires an individual with a solid understanding of IT services who can engage clients with our solutions and support them in navigating complex technology needs.
The position suits someone with a background in the IT sector, particularly in client-focused roles, who's motivated to enhance their skills in account management and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities Client Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for client account management, ensuring all IT needs are met with Apograph's services.
Work closely with internal IT teams to ensure client requests and support tickets are resolved efficiently and with high quality.
Gather and analyse feedback on IT services, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating on solutions with internal teams.
Present regular reports to clients and senior management on account performance, service usage, and suggestions for optimising IT operations.
Sales Support Identify new client opportunities and IT-related needs, working to generate leads and convert prospects with the support of senior team members.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop IT-specific campaigns and contribute insights on new services based on client trends.
Proactively spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell IT services, aligning these with the client's evolving technology landscape.
Marketing Communications Assist in developing targeted IT marketing strategies, including producing newsletters, social media posts, and promotional materials focused on IT solutions.
Analyse marketing campaign effectiveness, preparing insights for continuous improvement.
Stay informed on IT industry trends and competitor offerings to provide relevant insights for client retention and service enhancements.
Desired Skills and Experience Experience in IT account management, IT sales support, or client-focused IT roles.
Strong knowledge of IT products and services, with the ability to clearly communicate their benefits to clients.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing in an IT context.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a client-driven environment.
