For more information about Staffordshire Police please click the below link: Home | Staffordshire Police About the OpportunityStaffordshire Police are excited to recruit an experienced Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) officer to join our outstanding Learning and Organisational Development team to assist with the development of our police officers and police staff.Qualifications required:A1 Assessor Award (D32/D33) or Equivalent or College of Policing assessment trained.V1 Internal Verification Award (D34) or equivalent.Minimum Level 3 qualification in Teaching / Training or equivalent.If you don't hold all of the above qualifications, we can offer you on the job support / training with an approved learning provider.The successful candidate will utilise their expertise to –Internally quality assure policing qualifications and accreditations across a range of policing roles.
For this role, there will be a focus on investigation related qualifications (such as EXAMPLE) and Sergeants and Inspectors completing a qualification as part of their promotion process.
Provide training, expert advice and guidance to candidates and assessors in relation to their qualifications and accreditations.Work in partnership with police officer and police staff colleagues to provide additional support to assist the learners throughout their programmes.The successful candidate will be an integral part of a welcoming, enthusiastic and hard-working team dedicated to support policing colleagues to complete learning and development programmes.
