Join a market leader in powered access rental and specialist training for working at height as an IPAF Training Instructor.
THE ROLE: Working on a full-time basis, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced IPAF Instructor to deliver high-quality IPAF training to internal and external customers at a dedicated training centre near Dartford and at customer premises across the South East.
This includes: Deliver courses according to the criteria required by awarding bodies.
Promote best practices in training and assessment.
Constantly looking to make improvements.
Drive compliance paperwork and training records for external awarding bodies.
Assist with formal audits and verification.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: IPAF Training Instructor qualification preferred Driving license with no more than 6 penalty points Excellent communication skills Excellent presentation skills SALARY & BENEFITS: £35,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience 28 days holiday including public holidays Car or car allowance Pension Please apply today by sending your CV.
