We are continually looking to recruit candidates to join our Exam Invigilation team.
Exam Invigilators required to invigilate a wide range of exams within the school adhering to exam board regulations and school procedures.
Duties include collection, distribution and collation of exam papers, briefing candidates with all the necessary information, including making announcements and reading out notices.
Invigilators will need to be alert throughout the exam, remaining vigilant for any instances of malpractice, and must be able to respond appropriately to any candidate issues/problems.
The main purpose of this role is to supervise examinations and to ensure that guidelines and regulations for the integrity and security of the examination papers and procedures are followed during examination sessions.
Typical duties include the following; Setting out examination desks with question papers and related stationery Supervising the orderly entry and exit of candidates to the examination room Reporting any absentees to the Exams Manager Invigilation of candidates during the examination Escorting candidates to the toilet, school office, or medical room Supervision of candidates during rest breaks or due to examination clashes To read/scribe for identified students needing extra support during exams Reporting any irregularities or misbehaviour to the Exams Manager Collection of examination scripts and related stationery Check all scripts have been collected To ensure that all school health and safety matters are adhered to Any other duties as required by the Exams Manager Enquires : Please contact Sarah Rose (PA to the Principal) on ****** .
