About the Role - We have an exciting role to join our fast-growing team as an Investment Operations Associate.
Fundment offers a wide range of investment products including industry leading portfolio management tools and a unique custom indexing function.
We are looking for a candidate to manage the day-to-day investment operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions.
Responsibilities - Provide support to clients on platform processes relating to trading and portfolio management.
Check and review trade files and manage order rejections and any other issues.
Assist clients with trading queries and help them understand our processes.
Manage the inbox and provide a timely response to queries.
Ensure investment data is accurate by managing new products and static data.
Assist the CASS team with daily reconciliations.
Manage and book corporate actions.
Reconcile dividends and excess reportable income and assist with ensuring tax reporting is accurate.
Ensure trade reporting files are accurate and up to date.
Manage other processes such as internal transfers and payments.
Assist wider operations team where required, including general support queries.
Qualifications - Hold the IOC or IMC.
Required Skills - Experience working with similar products at an investment platform or wealth manager.
Have strong knowledge of Corporate Actions.
Experience of working towards tight deadlines.
Are team focused and collaborative in your approach to work.
Appreciate openness, flexibility, and eagerness to develop new skills.
