The Role As Inventory Support Associate, you will participate in all aspects of stock management, you will be part of a broader team working together and individually in a fast-paced Warehouse environment.
Pro-active in your approach, you will provide first line support to all internal departments; ensuring enquiries are completed efficiently, identifying root causes of discrepancies and provide an ongoing measure of inventory accuracy.
In addition, you will: ? Assist internal and external customers by completing stock check requests in a timely manner Conduct regular inventory cycle counts via internal systems with the aim to sustain high levels of accuracy Consolidate inventory items to maintain adequate levels of storage space for incoming inventory Process items returning to the warehouse, transferring them back into stock with adjustments if necessary Manage control measures to ensure inaccuracies and discrepancies are resolved or reported to the Warehouse Operation Supervisor Regularly place totes and pallets away into the racking, updating the system simultaneously Investigate order related stock discrepancies that have been highlighted by the Picking team Provide photos, diameters, serial numbers, firmware, weights etc.
to the inside Sales team Cross-training will be implemented to offer support to the other Inventory & Logistics departments About You Being proficient at computers, excellent communication skills, and with in-depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience.
Furthermore, it is desirable that you have: Warehouse and Inventory experience Attention to detail.
