The Role As the Inventory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end inventory processes, ensuring stock accuracy, and optimising warehouse efficiency.
Key responsibilities include: Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize discrepancies.
Data Analysis: Use forecasting tools and inventory metrics to streamline operations.
Network management: Working with the branches across the network to ensure that best practice is adhered to when it comes to Inventory Management within the warehouse operation Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a dedicated team of inventory professionals.
Process Improvement: Implement and refine systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Experience Required: Proven experience in inventory management within a fast-paced, warehouse environment.
A strong understanding of WMS systems Strong analytical skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Renumeration Package: £45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience).
