Inventory Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION This role is responsible for leading and managing the inventory team of stock controllers and inventory coordinators to ensure uninterrupted production .
Responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating inventory activities, optimising inventory processes, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.What You Will Be Doing:Managing a large team of Colleagues on the shift on Rota to ensure that the shift KPIs and daily task are completed and met.Support the Inventory Manager in overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control, including daily audits and distribution of Ingredient , packaging /labels materials.Conduct regular physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
Support with the goods in order to ensure minimal delays for production.
Coordinate, track, and provide analysis regarding waste /damaged and returned to supplier material and management of the quarantine area of chiller and production areaWho You Are:Proven experience in inventory management.Intermediate Excel SkillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, procedures, and best practices.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.What you will get in return:? 70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes?
