You will play a key role in tracking progress, adjusting interventions as needed, and working with parents and educators to create a holistic support network.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement intervention strategies to support academic and behavioral progress.
Collaborate with teachers to identify students needing additional support and create tailored learning plans.
Work with small groups and individual students to build skills, confidence, and resilience.
Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed for maximum effectiveness.
Engage with parents, caregivers, and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student success.
