Our client is looking for a knowledge and enthusiastic individuals to join their interventions claims handling team.
Day to Day You will:
Identify opportunities to intervene in claims where the policyholder is not at fault, using leads from various sources Reach out to claimants to assess their vehicle damage, mobility needs, and other losses.
Explain available services such as repair, replacement vehicles, or cash settlements, ensuring claimants receive support tailored to their needs.
Determine the most cost-effective and customer-friendly way to settle the claim, whether through repairs, hire vehicles, or cash compensation.
Oversee the claimant's journey from the initial report to final settlement, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
A Bit More About You:
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Knowledge of the claims process, credit hire, and insurance policies (preferable)
· Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Customer service and problem-solving abilities
