About the role
Join the Global Leader in Medical and Security Services as a Content Manager - Workforce Enablement!
Location: London, Chiswick
Hybrid: 3x a week in our offices

As the Content Manager, Workforce Enablement, you'll be part of our Government Services division, where you will make a significant impact in support of the TRICARE Overseas Program for U.S. Military members, families, and veterans.
The Role:
You will oversee our Content Management System (CMS), Salesforce Knowledgebase, and Learning Management Systems to deliver high-quality, accessible content that empowers our workforce.
The role also requires creating and optimising our content assets, onboarding resources, and training materials for our global operations teams.
This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for instructional design and enablement tools.
Key responsibilities
Content Strategy & Management: Lead our CMS and Knowledgebase, ensuring content is current, easily accessible, and aligns with our brand standards.
Knowledgebase: Creating, maintaining and updating the Knowledge sites/pages on SharePoint Asset Creation: Use best practices in instructional design to create a library of job aids, FAQs, and self-service training resources that foster continuous learning.
Project Leadership: From inception to completion, manage multiple content projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
Innovation in Enablement: Identify and implement new tools and strategies to enhance workforce learning, using systems like Salesforce and LMS.
Onboarding Excellence: Develop engaging, role-specific onboarding materials in partnership with Learning & Development teams to ensure our global workforce is supported from day one.

About you
We are looking for an experienced asset creation professional who brings:
Technical skillset: Salesforce, Knowledge base, MS Dynamics Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work cross-functionally with Quality, Clinical, Digital Innovation, and other teams to identify needs and create aligned content solutions.
Innovative Approach: Strong background in instructional design, content strategy, and project management.
Passion for continuous improvement and driving new ideas for content effectiveness.
