As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and delivering on ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Global Market Development: Drive sales strategy across multiple international markets, focusing on both new business acquisition and strategic expansion.
Prospect into mid-to-large enterprises, engaging key decision-makers to present tailored solutions.
Leverage market knowledge to identify opportunities in various global territories.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of AdPolice solutions.
Develop strong relationships with existing channel partners and continuously seek opportunities for new channel partnerships.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track all stages of the sales cycle to ensure success.
360 Sales Process: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals, including: Crafting customised sales presentations for international clients.
Providing consultative solution-selling by deeply understanding clients' needs and offering relevant products.
Delivering accurate price quotations and ensuring all client requirements are met.
Conducting outbound calls and emails to generate new leads and maintain engagement with existing customers.
Strategic Sales Leadership: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement global sales strategies.
Contribute to forecasting and sales planning for diverse geographic regions.
Potentially build and lead sales teams in high-growth regions as the company expands.
Reporting & Collaboration: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to senior management.

Key Requirements: • Enterprise Software Sales Experience: Proven track record in direct and channel sales, with a focus on international markets.
