Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management Design and execute global marketing strategies tailored to regional markets.Lead multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid ads, and events, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and member retention.Oversee the development of branding collateral, ensuring it aligns with strategic goals and brand guidelines.Develop country-specific strategies that address cultural nuances, market trends, and unique audience needs.Align marketing initiatives with business development and organisational growth objectives.Thought Leadership & Communications Develop impactful communication strategies, including whitepapers, press releases, blogs, and keynote presentations.Manage public relations activities to enhance the organisation's global reputation.Adapt messaging for cultural nuances and linguistic preferences across international markets.Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers and press agencies.Mentor and manage Digital Marketing Executives, cultivating a high-performance team culture.Identify skills gaps and provide training opportunities to upskill team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project delivery, content and partner relations, to ensure marketing strategies support business goals.Establish clear KPIs and regularly review team performance against objectives.Analytics & Insights Use tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite to monitor and report on campaign performance.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Leverage data insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and inform future decision-making.Implement A/B testing for campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and improve engagement.Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports to share with Head of Marketing and stakeholders.Brand Management Ensure consistent branding across all channels, including digital, print, and event materials.Manage the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, videos, and presentations, through tools like Canva or external design agencies.Coordinate brand activations and sponsorships at industry events and trade shows.Lead the planning and execution of the organisation's annual Summits and other key events.Maintain and regularly update comprehensive brand guidelines for global use.Partner and Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with international partners to co-develop campaigns and resources.Identify and build partnerships with key organisations to expand reach and impact.Develop co-branded marketing initiatives with stakeholders to amplify joint messaging.Technical Skills Campaign Management: Expertise in planning, executing, and measuring international marketing campaigns.Digital Marketing Tools: Proficient in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing tools (e.g.
Force24, Mailchimp), and social media management tools (e.g.
