The International Marketing & Communications Manager Opportunity:As the International Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll take charge of crafting and executing high-impact marketing strategies that resonate across the UK, Ireland, USA, and more.
Your expertise will help build a unified voice for our brand, inspire our members, and expand our presence in new and existing markets.
You will lead a dynamic marketing team, manage multi-channel campaigns, and develop innovative strategies that position the Supply Chain Sustainability School as a global thought leader.

Key Responsibilities:Designing and executing global marketing strategies tailored to regional marketsLeading multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid ads, and events, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and member retentionOverseeing the development of branding collateral, ensuring it aligns with strategic goalsDeveloping country-specific strategies that address cultural nuances, market trends, and unique audience needsDeveloping impactful communication strategies, including whitepapers, press releases, blogs, and keynote presentationsManaging public relations activities to enhance the organisation's global reputationBuilding and nurturing relationships with industry influencers and press agenciesMentoring and managing Digital Marketing Executives, cultivating a high-performance team cultureIdentifying skills gaps and providing training opportunities to upskill team membersUsing tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite to monitor and report on campaign performanceConducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunitiesEnsuring consistent branding across all channels, including digital, print, and event materialsLeading the planning and execution of the organisation's annual Summits and other key eventsIdentifying and building partnerships with key organisations to expand reach and impactWho you are:7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on international campaigns and communicationsHold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldStrategic thinker with the ability to align marketing initiatives with organisational goalsProven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and high-performing teamsExpertise in planning, executing, and measuring international marketing campaignsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing tools (e.g.
Force24, Mailchimp), and social media management tools (e.g.
