Deepki, leading the way in ESG SaaS for real estate owners and accelerating the transition towards net zero and sustainability. The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with the Chief People Officer and senior management.
He/she will be responsible for supporting managers and employees daily in the Sales and Client departments for Northern and Southern Europe (+RoW small offices).
They will act as the day-to-day interface in relation to all HR matters.
Your role will be to serve as the primary HR contact and oversee the management of all general HR matters pertaining to your regional scope (approximately 120 employees).
Main responsibilities: Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.Ensure compliance with local HR legislation, collective agreements, and any other relevant agreements.Provide support and assistance to managers in the integration, development, commitment, loyalty, and retention of their team members.In collaboration with the Learning and Development Manager, implement corporate training initiatives and identify and support local training initiatives as required.Provide assistance to managers in defining the skills and organisational structure required to achieve their business objectives, as well as in workforce and succession planning.Facilitate the prevention and resolution of employee issues, including conflicts, low performance indicators, and team cohesion.Ensure that working relationships are constructive and transparent.Ensure that employees benefit from safe, healthy, ergonomic, and pleasant working conditions.Lead the integration process for new arrivals in your region, in partnership with managers, to achieve the inclusion and performance of employees and consolidate our corporate culture.Monitor and analyse end-of-year and mid-year review campaigns in your regions.Personnel administration, payroll and benefits, compliance: Collaborate with the HR Operations team on matters related to employment contracts, amendments, probationary period letters, end-of-contract documents, and other related matters.The role entails managing relations with external bodies in each country, including social security, labour administration, income tax administration, occupational physicians, and other relevant parties.The role entails responsibility for the deployment of information to local stakeholders in collaboration with the Head of Rewards, the coordination of salary reviews.Furthermore, the role requires interfacing with local health, disability, and life insurers, and ensuring the reliability of personal data.Management: Oversee the work of one International HRBP.In partnership with the Global Head of Talent & Communication, facilitate all CSR actions within your scope.Assist the Chief People Officer in implementing the People strategy for Deepki, participate actively in People Leadership Team meetings and contribute to all cross-functional HR projects.Skills: You have demonstrated 5/7 years successful experience in a similar role, preferably in a high growth /scale up/tech environment.You are based in the UK (London) English mother tongue and ideally understand and speak French, or/and another EU language.You have a sound knowledge of UK social law/ideally plus other EU social legislation.You are pragmatic, discreet, enthusiastic, autonomous, and with a positive and caring mind that helps you find solutions rather than issues!You pride yourself on an inclusive and open mind, and enjoy working collaboratively with different teams from various cultural backgrounds with no bias.Why join Deepki?
