Location: LondonType: Permanent, Full timeSalary: £90,000 - £100,000Benefits: Share options and unlimited annual leaveOur client: Highly innovative tech-based entertainment concept with a first-to-market proposition that is performing extremely well.Highly commercial environment with a fast-paced culture focused on exceeding customer expectations.This role is ideal for an individual who wants to progress their career in a rapidly expanding entrepreneurial start-up environment with huge global ambitions.Work arrangement: Mon-Wed in the office in Central London and 2 days from home.The role: Support expansion plans for the business as the International Franchise Development Director.Oversee the recruitment process, lead contract negotiations, and develop each franchisee group.Lead the new business strategy and take a lead role in the discovery phase of potential franchisees.Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally to deliver franchise objectives.Own and develop the franchise system, providing all relevant information, materials, and touchpoints.Manage and develop each franchisee group as they join and grow within the franchisee system.Hands-on international franchise development experience gained from fast-paced growing retail, leisure, or hospitality organizations is required.Experience working with significant investment budgets and thriving in a scale-up environment with less defined processes.Proven track record of networking, engaging, and presenting to new potential and existing multi-site franchisees.Experience working with franchisees to create robust annual business and operating plans, and report and monitor performance.International experience working with medium to large-sized multi-unit franchisee groups across multiple markets is a must.Ideally, currently (or previously) working in a high-growth proposition and comfortable with rapid growth and change.Excellent project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Can-do attitude and excitement to be part of a rapid scale-up, with adaptability as the business grows.Benefits & details: Thrive in a fun, down-to-earth start-up environment with a shared passion for growth.Excellent package – up to £100,000 plus share options and unlimited annual leave.Location: Mon – Wed in the office Central London, 2 days from home.Please send your CV using the form on this page, quoting reference 1/17207/7.
