The team advise on a range of funds finance work for both lenders and sponsors/borrowers with the new joiner advising on a variety of fund structures and partnership documents.
The firm's client base consists of high-end investment banks, funds, corporates and governments advising on headline-making work across the globe.

The firm are looking for an individual with a minimum of six years of post-qualification experience within a leading regional, City or Magic Circle law firm.
