To support business development in the UK, we are seeking an Internal Sales – Pet Parent Consultant.
We believe that the Internal sales Consultant should possess a genuine love for pets and a strong commitment to their overall health and wellness.
Our ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and expertise in pet nutrition and an eagerness to stay up to date with the latest advancements in the industry.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is proactive in utilizing our company's tools to effectively implement our pet care strategy.
Responsibilities: As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing nutritional support to our customers using innovative Farmina informatic tools like the Farmina Genius consultant platform.
As a liaison between our company, animal health professionals, and pet owners, you will offer personalized nutrition consultancy services through various channels including phone, messages, our local Farmina UK info request email address, and our mobile app.
Your primary goal will be to sell the Farmina Products & Services, field incoming queries, and questions from pet parents, coach pet parents, and improve their knowledge about optimal nutrition for their pets, helping them achieve a deeper relationship and bond with their pets.
There may be opportunities to work on occasional promotional days or events, which will contribute to the overall success and growth of Farmina Pet Foods.
Required skills and expertise: A self-starter who is disciplined and dedicated to flawlessly utilizing company tools and executing the company's nutrition strategy.
A genuine interest in the pet world, coupled with a willingness to learn and stay updated on new developments.
Background or experience in pet care or nutrition-related fields, demonstrating a solid understanding of the subject matter an advantage.
A proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieve desired outcomes.
Demonstrates the power and opportunity to act before others do.
Ability to stimulate discussions and establish meaningful connections with customers, promoting company values, products, and services effectively.
Proficient in participating, positively contributing, and adding value in technical and commercial discussions with consumers, customers, and Farmina colleagues.
Previous Customer Support & Tele Sales: Experience in customer support and telesales would be advantageous.
Familiarity with animal nutrition concepts and companion animal behaviors is considered an advantage but not required.
2-3 years of internal or external sales experience as a minimum Enjoys building relationships and possesses the ability to proactively drive the development of key relationships both internally and externally.
Demonstrates a strong team spirit and collaborates effectively with colleagues.
Adaptable approach to challenges, ensuring continuous improvement.
Excel/PowerPoint Knowledge Experience working in a multinational company.
