Role Overview:As a Customer Service Advisor at Megadyne UK, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries and support.
This position involves fostering strong customer relationships through efficient account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the success of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing professional and friendly assistance to customers with enquiries, concerns, requests, and orders.
Quotations and Orders: Process customer quotes and sales orders accurately and efficiently via phone and email.
CRM System Updates: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system daily, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Product Advice: Advise customers on suitable Megadyne products, offering guidance to meet their specific requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with external teams to ensure seamless customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
Ideal Candidate: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
