Your Key Responsibilities: Take the lead on acquiring new accounts, following up on quotations, and driving conversions with confidence.
Build and deepen relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their recycling needs.
Identify and capitalise on sales opportunities, engaging clients through phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Stay current on market trends, using your insights to drive strategic engagement.
Deliver high-quality service, handling quotes, orders, and delivery management efficiently.
What We're Looking For: Ambition and confidence to engage new prospects and grow accounts.
Commercial savvy and a talent for spotting opportunities in the recycling sector.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for delivering clear, compelling solutions.
A collaborative spirit with the ability to work both independently and with a team.
Flexibility and readiness to travel as needed to build relationships and close deals.
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Recycling industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
A full UK driving licence.
