Internal Sales Executive

As they continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join the team.
If you have a passion for building relationships, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities: * Proactively handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new leads and close sales.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the construction and trades industry.
* Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions from our product range.
* Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
* Process sales orders, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
* Collaborate with the external sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements: * Previous experience in sales, ideally within the construction or trades industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of construction materials, tools, or equipment is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-motivated, with a results-driven attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
