Our client, a well-established company in the agricultural sector, is seeking an experienced and proactive Internal Sales Executive to join their team based in Shropshire.
This role is plays a key part in maintaining excellent customer service levels while supporting area sales managers in achieving their sales targets.
The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving sales growth across a broad product range, requiring excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support to the external sales team.
Log activities and manage customer information using CRM software.
Process sales orders and resolve customer queries.
Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication.
Handle general sales admin, including quotations and order entries via ERP systems.
Serve as the point of contact for after-sales support, working closely with the sales and quality teams.
Identify new business opportunities and assist with marketing campaigns.
Attend sales meetings and industry events as needed.
What We're Looking For: Experience within a Sales Admin / Sales Executive role A self-starter who works well within a team and on their own intiative Computer Literate Strong communication and organisational skills.
