Post: Internal Sales Executive Reports To: Depot Manager/Sales Director Location: Lisburn with occasional travel to meet clients or visit other operational sites Hours of Work: 40hours Due to our commitment to sales growth, we now have an opportunity for a full-time permanent Internal Sales Executive to join our team.
The Internal Sales Executive acts as the first point of contact with the customer, portraying a professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1.
Contact potential customers and present McMonagle Stone products in order to maximise sales.
2.
Negotiate terms with customers and complete sales.
3.
Process and manage sales orders directly from customers and Sales Executives.
4.
Lead and mentor the Depot sales team, ensuring that they are motivated, trained, and achieving individual targets 5.
Process quotation requests directly from customers, Estimators and Sales staff ensuring they are completed in line with Department process requirements.
6.
Win new business by generating new leads and business relationships, this involves cold calls and calls to existing customers daily.
7.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers via e-mail and telephone.
8.
Deal competently with all incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers in a helpful and courteous manner whilst maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times.
9.
Assist with the administration for existing customers.
10.
Maintain CRM system 11.
Co-operate with management and other staff in a pleasant and professional manner to ensure efficient promotion and running of the business.
12.
Ensure and maintain utmost confidentiality of information.
13.
Other duties as required, within your capabilities and as requested by your Manager.
· The above list is not exhaustive but aims to provide a broad range of duties and responsibilities of the post Requirements: · Will be well organised, systematic and someone who enjoys the challenge of sales · Be a team player · Be enthusiastic, confident and have a desire to succeed · Be persuasive and engaging · Have excellent written and oral communication skills · Experience of Sage software or similar ERP system is essential · Previous experience of working in an office.
· An ability to interpret drawings is advantageous.
