Primaire Consulting is partnering with a well-known Instrumentation Engineering manufacturer, seeking a talented Internal Account Manager to join their dynamic team.

We are keen to speak with Engineering graduates or people who have worked within a similar position ideally within the instrumentation sector, however full product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Support : Assist customers with technical queries, escalating as needed while maintaining responsibility for customer interaction.
Quotation Management : Pre-qualify requests for quotations, produce timely and accurate quotes using standard email templates, and ensure all relevant team members are informed.
Order Processing : Accurately key new orders, notify customers of acceptance and expected delivery, and monitor existing orders for any changes.
Support Sales Initiatives : Assist external sales with tele sales efforts and other initiatives, and take ownership of assigned accounts.
Customer-Focused : Excellent at responding to and managing customer interactions.
