Conducting face to face interviews.
Carrying out all mandatory security checks (DBS, references, ID).
Organising and arranging inductions for successful applicants.
Organising sign ups and shadow shifts.
Working closely alongside the training officer and coordinators.
Essential Skills Previous recruitment experience is essential Your own transport is essential as there be some travel involved attending job fairs  Desirable Skills  Healthcare experience would be desirable What training is provided?
