Job summary **INTERNAL MPFT APPLICANTS ONLY**We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Health Visitor or School Nurse to join our excellent team of 0-19 Team Leaders across Staffordshire.
You will need to be enthusiastic, experienced, skilled and dynamic to join the team in clinically leading and managing the 0-19 service across the Burton district as a job share opportunity with the existing Team Leader.This is an excellent opportunity for a Health Visitor or School Nurse who wants to move into an operational leadership role.

The Families' Health and Wellbeing Service offers an integrated, flexible and family focused service providing high quality, compassionate personalised support and care to Children and Young People across Staffordshire.
Main duties of the job You will provide daily advice and support to a fantastic and dedicated 0-19 team of professionals delivering the Healthy Child Programme.
You must excel in communication and interpersonal skills and be able to influence and lead others, manage your workload and support colleagues.
You will lead a team delivering the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme for a varied, unique and diverse population, in supportive skill mix teams, working closely with our partner agencies across health, social care and the local authority.We are committed to supporting professional and personal development of our staff and have excellent training opportunities.

Job description Job responsibilities The Team Leader will lead and manage a group of staff within the FHWS Service within a designated area to support children, young people and their families and carers.The Team Leader will ensure that any gaps in quality of service, budget or performance deficits are identified and brought to the attention of the Service Manager.Where necessary the Team Leader will support the team in clinical activities to maintain team performance.
