Your main duties will include: Onboarding new clients following handover from the Business Development Managers; becoming the internal point of contact for the customer for all of their ongoing business needs.
Ensuring that all orders go out on time in full and managing customer expectations Supporting Business Development Managers (BDMs) with the growth of existing accounts by providing an exceptional level of ongoing customer care and recognising opportunities to increase sales.
Working closely with other departments within the business to ensure customers needs are communicated and understood in order to fulfill technical, quality and delivery requirements.
Translating customer enquiries and orders into workable solutions for the Technical Sales Administrators (TSAs) to process accurately.
Answering customer queries regarding their orders or deliveries.
Required skills & experience - you will: Have demonstrable print industry or label manufacturing experience Be target-driven with a passion for sales Have excellent communication, inter-personal skills and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels Be passionate about customer service and have a demonstrable track record in building and maintaining strong customer relationships Be self-motivated & able to work autonomously Be a positive and professional team player who can work on own initiative Have strong IT, attention to detail & administration skills
