Internal Communications Manager

At Demelza we are looking for a passionate Internal Communications Manager for staff, volunteers and families.
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced communications professional to engage with a range of audiences to increase engagement and collaboration across the organisation whilst helping to drive Demelza's strategy forward.
This is an exciting and varied role, with no two days being the same.
From communications around our BAU to strategic projects, you will create communication plans to ensure information and messages are delivered in a targeted and engaging way.
Sitting in our Marketing and Communications team, you will play a pivotal part in driving Demelza's values, strategic direction and collaboration across teams.
